This means assessing the strength of our stance today (and our impact on people and work processes), identifying the stance we aspire to, and consistently taking appropriate steps to strengthen our stance.
This clarity can help to guide the actions we choose to practice, and the strategies we employ to begin holding ourselves and others accountable for equity-centered change. Our ultimate goal is to be highly intentional in choosing our words and actions, and shifting from Empathy to Accountability.

How is IDI® Faciliated?
Sankofa Leadership Network administers the IDI ® for leaders and employees, and facilitates individual and group debrief sessions. The sessions, offered via Zoom platform, are facilitated by a SLN IDI ® Qualified Administrator (QA) and include the IDI ® Introductory Presentation, IDI ® Assessment and Individual Debriefs, and IDI ® Interactive Group Debrief Session.
